A large attic apartment (2nd floor) included 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room.
Apartment entrance is common with our flat entrance but via a separate stairway.

For the safety of small children the stairway is secured by a closedable gate.

For accommodation of 3 nights or more, is provided a discount of 200 CZK on the basic price. The discount in not provided during CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR´S EVE.
Children up to the age of 2 years free of charge, without provision of a bed.

The reservations including dates 31st December and 1st January are only possible for minimum 5 nights.

Cot (for kids to 2 years) free of charge from 2 nights, fee for 1 day stay 50,- CZK.
Check-in 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Check-out before 10 a.m.
In case check-out occurs later than this, the full fee for a further night will be charged.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Price includes:
consumption of electricity and water, heating, bed linen, towels, rubbish disposal, wifi-internet. Towels can be changed during the stay for an additional fee.
Payment:
After our confirmation of your orders, you are required to pay an advance payment of 50 % deposit of the total price, by the specific time.
In case payment is not recieved on time, the reservation will be cancelled.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, all bank fees have been paid by guest. The SEPA payment area applies within the EU as well as Switzerland and Great Britain. The transfer should therefore be made at no additional cost from your bank.
The remaining 50 % is to be paid at the latest on the day of arrival.
The ordered stay and the booked period is obligatory.
Cancelation:
Reservation April – November 14 days before the start of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within a period of less than 14 days, the cancellation fee is 100% of the paid deposit.
Reservation December – March 30 days before the start of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within a period of less than 30 days, the cancellation fee is 100% of the paid deposit.
Reservation Christmas and New Year’s stays 60 days before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation within a period of less than 60 days, the cancellation fee is 100% of the paid deposit.
In case of cancellation by the guest pays fees for bank transfer the guest.
During busy periods, individual cancellation conditions may apply, which are always part of the payment information.
